rachelpeers: First Pattern Attempt This is my first pattern to go with ‘A Partridge in a Pear Tree’ from the 12 Days of Christmas. I have found drawing a pattern a lot more difficult than I imagined because it has to work when it is repeated so I used a grid format to draw out the pattern to make sure I got everything lined up and this did make things a lot easier. Now I have scanned it into illustrator so that I can play around colours. Stay tuned for your next installment!
